6.     Tell them about the work routine - 
Make sure that you convey your work routine to them. This will help them to know what lies ahead and they will be prepared for it. It will also give you the authority to tell them how the company will succeed. 


 

7.       Get to know them -
The prime reason that one enters this type of marketing is that they need extra income by working from home. Get to know them, their expectations from this business, and their requirements. Tell them how this will benefit their lives and not just in monetary terms.
